A Thank You List For All Of Those Who Made This Life Possible
Take! This! Thank you! Dammit!
I would also like to thank the town of Stockholm as well. They’re Abba and Avicii museums are wonderful
It has been quite a year, hasn’t it? We saw lots of things we expected and even more things we did not know would happen. While I might be a little stressed about what the future could hold, I try not to let it get to me. I’ve found a love in writing my pieces and creating my music regardless of what anyone else might think about it. That is how my post-40 life will work. I’ll say what I want and do what I want until it’s finally time to go which could be at 75 or 80. I’ll figure that out later.
So before your whole family shows up and you get your Christmas, Hanukkah, or Kwanzaa on, I’d like to offer some Gratitude to the people who made my current life possible.
Angelia Carey: You were the first person to spend money on my Substack. I used that as start-up capital and created a goal of publishing every week. This is a goal I’ve been able to continue over the last year and you deserve a lot of this gratitude. Thank you.
Charlene Bridgett and Michael Bridgett Sr: You welcomed me back home after years I spent abroad. You’ve been very supportive parents throughout my entire life and there’s no way I would have made it without you. Also, Pop tossed some capital my way at the start of this writing experiment as well. Thank you.
Mitsy Chanel-Blot: We’re not together now, but she is responsible for creating the Dynamoverse name and the logos. I may not have been the best husband, but I am thankful we teamed up for a while and made something I hope to keep pressing on. It’s for fun and wealth, but it’s also for my sanity. Writing about it is a great way to get over troubles. Sometimes it makes you get up and apologize too. Thank you.
Everyone else who donated to the Dynamoverse and TheDynamoverse.com: Donations are an interesting way to get by, but to anyone willing to “put a few dollars down” to stay connected to all the madness and hilarity this world has to offer, you have my deepest gratitude. Thank you.
So you guys get top billing in my Thank You List of 2024.
I want to thank everyone else who enjoys reading movie reviews and stories about a 24-year music career, and all the bands I’ve ever seen live. I created two posts for those bands and still left off artists! That’s crazy, right? I can never tell if it’s brain cancer or common aging. I suppose I have some longer pieces coming up about the ones I missed.
So… to the donators, the readers, and those I still get to work with on the loves of my life, like Mickey Tank Bank, Big Rob Holla, CIC Man, Roman Uvarov, Damani, The 99 Boyz, and the good folks down at Mount Peave. You guys know not what you do for me and the world around me.
I just want to thank you.
